In mid-April 2005, Hillsborough County Public Works Department will host the 2005 Florida American Public Works Association’s (APWA) annual conference and tradeshow. Part of this event is a Professional Skills Competition that will take place at various locations on the Midway area of the Florida State Fairgrounds. The competition includes five competitive events in each of the following major classes including:
