The manual is presented in two parts.
Part I -
Narrative Portion ( PDF, 506KB )
Consists of Sections 1 through 10 and the Appendix
Part II - contains the Standard County Index Drawings in two formats.

Format (*.DWF) is for the WHIP Viewer (plug-in required, see below).
These drawings must be viewed, individually. Click on the individual
index drawing links, below, to either view (with WHIP) or
download drawings one-at-a-time.

Format (*.DWG) is for AutoCAD, and requires that the user
have AutoCAD installed. These drawings must be downloaded
individually.
