There are two versions of The Hillsborough County Transportation Technical Manual for Subdivisions and Site Development Projects presented.

Part I - Transportation Technical Manual - 10/16/2002
For all projects with a submittal date prior to October 1, 2003 are governed by the Transportation Technical Manual - 10/16/2002 unless the developer voluntarily opts to comply with the later version.

Part II - Transportation Technical Manual - 10/01/2003
For all projects with preliminary site development plans or preliminary plats submitted after October 1, 2003 or that opt to comply are governed by the the Transportation Technical Manual - 10/01/2003
