Zoning Counseling

Planning and Growth Management provides a service to property owners who require information about the use of their property and any change in the use or zoning district of their property. A Zoning Counselor in the department can review the Land Development Code requirements with you. You can visit the Counseling Center at the 20th Floor of County Center, 601 E. Kennedy Blvd. in Downtown Tampa. The Counseling Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
