Daniel M. Blood, AICP, is Director of the Administrative Services Division and holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy Analysis and Administration from Binghamton University. Dan has 26 years of regional and local government planning experience in public planning for land use, housing, infrastructure and capital projects Dan is a Charter Member of the Amercian Institute of Certifed Planners and also has diplomas as a Certified Housing Manager, Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and certified Community Development Administrator.
