Garlic Shrimp
(Gambas al Ajillo)

Ingredients: (for 2 servings)

· 3 tbs. olive oil
· 12 jumbo size shrimp (peeled)
· ½ lemon
· ¼ cup of crushed garlic
· 2 tbs. onions
· Dash of salt
· Pinch of pepper

Preparation Instructions:

1. Place a pan over medium heat.
2. Add olive oil.
3. Place shrimp in the pan, add lemon juice.
4. Add crushed garlic.
5. Add onions.
6. Add a dash of salt.
7. Add a pinch of pepper.
8. Cook until pink.
