Mussels a la Asturiana
(Mejillones a la Asturiana)

Ingredients: (for 2 servings)

· 1 dozen New Zealand green-lipped mussels on the half shell well cleaned
· 3 tbsp. olive oil
· 1/2 cup dry white wine
· 2 tbsp. crushed garlic
· 1 handful chopped parsley and onions
· Dash of salt
· Pinch pepper

Preparation Instructions:

1. Place mussels in a medium size sauté pan.
2. Add olive oil and place pan over medium heat.
3. Add wine, garlic, parsley and onions.
4. Add salt and pepper.
5. Bring to a hard boil and continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
