Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 12 oz milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
- Beat eggs in a bowl
- Alternatively incorporate the milk and condensed milk into the eggs
- Set egg and milk mixture
aside
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Heat the sugar in a heavy bottom sauce pan until a gold
brown caramel is formed
- Pour caramel into the flan pan
- Strain the egg-milk mixture
into the caramel flan pan
- Bake in a warm water bath
for 40 50 minutes until firm to touch
