Hillsborough County’s television network, HTV is taking on a new name….County Central. As part of a campaign to introduce the new name to the public, the County called on Head Start to feature one of its staff in a new promotional commercial.

Tarsha Miller, a teacher at North Tampa Head Start Center was chosen to star in the spot. As the winner of the Tylenol Foundation Teacher of the Year Award, Ms. Miller appeared to be the perfect candidate. Unknown to the film crew and Head Start staff, Ms. Miller was a natural in front of the camera! She spoke her lines like a seasoned actress and the filming was completed in record time.

The promotional spot should be airing very soon.
