The Equal Opportunity Administrator is responsible for ensuring equal opportunity to County residents. The office implements the Human Rights Ordinance, which prohibits discrimination in housing, employment, public procurement and public accommodations based on race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, disability, marital status, and also based on familial status in housing. The administrator also serves as the human relations liaison between the County and the community.
