Mission Statement

The Minority / Small Business Enterprise program provides an opportunity for minority / disadvantaged / women owned and small businesses to participate in the County's procurement programs which include construction, contractual services, professional consulting services, and commodities.

There are challenges that face minority and small businesses and the County's program is designed to assist them in overcoming those challenges. The Minority and Small Business Awards are given to small businesses that have succeeded in our community.

All small businesses are encouraged to continue doing what they do so well for our residents of Hillsborough County.
