Head Start/EARLY HEAD START is an early childhood program for low-income parents of CHILDREN AGES 6 WEEKS TO 4-yearS old, including those with special needs. The program provides education, health care, parent involvement, and social services. Hillsborough County operates a full-day, full-year program for working parents.
